Cliché Central

You know, it just occured to me: Why do Krackel bars never come in full size? Usually they are only found near Halloween in fun size bars. What, is a Krackel bar fun, but not FUN ENOUGH to make a full size bar out of? I personally would love to see a full-size Krackel bar.

And then you’ve got those candies that are never in fun size. And I’m not talking about reduced packaging, but I mean actual reduced size of the candy. With M&Ms you could always have mini M&Ms (what happened to those btw?). But you never see reduced size Starburst. Sometimes a full-size Starburst chew is too much to handle, and takes too long to chew. Whenever I load my locker with Starburst I’ll eat one but it’ll take too long to chew and I’ll have to walk in class chewing the Starburst. How embarassing.

And finally, what’s the deal with Swedish fish? Is there something about them that is supposed to designate that they are indeed Swedish fish, because if there is, tell me now, because I’m at a loss. And since when are fish red and yellow? Shouldn’t they just be dark green?

It’ll really be the day when I can just stroll on in to my local Walgreens, go to the candy aisle and see all the candies I really want but just don’t have the access to (and yes, that means you, Rip Rolls).
